✅ What's Covered:

• Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse

• Lens, sensor, or button failures

• Internal charging or power issues

• Non-functional units reported within 7 days of delivery

❌ What's Not Covered:

• Accidental damage (drops, spills, cracks)

• Water damage or corrosion

• Cosmetic wear or scratches

• Unauthorized repairs or disassembly

• Accessories (batteries, straps, etc.)

Email contact@powwe.shop with:

• Your order number

• Description of the issue

• Photos or video evidence (if applicable)

If approved, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
